Well, in my opinion, Tri-force and Hextech gunblade are musts,
if you don't have Tri-force in teamfight -> not enough dmg
if you don't have hextech -> you're dead

so i don't see rageblade as a priority.

Well, to be honest, i haven't thought about that yet.
and actually, you're right, 20sec cd is the only bonus you get from your ulti...
Focussing on maxing other skills might be better indeed,
but then again... its always nice to know you got your ulti up, i bet you know the feeling "omfg only 2sec cd for my ulti ;(" after you died
