First of all this is my first guide and i like to do it with my favorite champion... Teemo
this is a hybrid teemo guide and ill try to do my best by the way please forgive my english
im not use to write in english please let me know if u have sugestions to make a beter guide

Well the runes i choose for a Teemo are:

Mark of insight cause all of Teemos abilities do magic damage and with the red runes of magic pen it will help alot in the game

Seal of vitality cause Teemo is a very squishy champion so ti will come in handy some Health

Seal of clarity cause Teemos runs out of mana very quickly and u will not have the mana for inportant team fights or ganks

Glyph of force cause all of Teemos abilities escale with ap and in lvl 1 it wont do much but in higher lvl u will be rapin them

Quintessence of Insight and Force well i dont have to explain why again do i? xD

The masteries are for more mana regen and more magic pen and of course more movement speed

The items are for that no one scapes Teemo.
Teemos movement speed plus the slow that items give is asome

And the skill sequense is for maximise ur burst damage and be more usefull to ur team
