Hey, I build this way every time. XD But, the reason I get both so early is the MR Reduction with Malady and the meagar AP is enough to let you destroy with early level 5 Poison. The damage will be quick and consistant, with cooldown reduction also buffing your mushys and your Blinding Dart. BTW, I am going to remake this build into a guide soon. XD

Getting a Nashors tooth and a malady isnt necissary he doesnt need a lot of attack speed because he does so much damage so maybe grab a Morellos evil tome for cooldown if thats what you are going for.

That is a good way to run things, but this is usually how I run it. The immediate attack speed with the cooldown reduction allows your blinding dart to do massive damage FAST. And allows your mushys to stack faster. Also, it does great in the beginning with your Toxic Shot. Other than that, it really is your call. I just put down a suggestion. BTW, I will be updating this soon.

I run a hybrid Teemo as well, and I'd recommend getting a Black Cleaver instead of Nashor's Tooth. The extra attack damage plus the defense drop gives you more immediate damage, with the drop to your Blinding Dart damage being made up in a single auto-attack.

The only other thing I'd change is build order, as I go Malady -> Boots -> Bloodrazor -> Black Cleaver -> Whatever (Usually Hextech Gunblade, but I'll often start going for full AD items if the other team has started stacking Magic Resist)
