For runes I use Armor pen. marks, flat Ability power seals, Cooldown glyphs, and Flat Attack Damage quins.

I start off with pick a card, get stacked deck and max stacked deck asap, then max out pick a card, then finally finish my points into wild card, of course pointing points in my ult when possible

I start off with Doran's blade, for extra health and damage, berserkers for attack speed, then either a trinity or start working on a Blood Thirster, and when those are finished sell the Doran's blade for a death cap , then depending on the team, I either get a black cleaver or a Phantom dancer, then depending on the game, I would either get a Soulstealer, or if I need more hp I would get a Rylais Crystal Sceptor

I bring flash and ghost, for easy catchup or getaways during or after teamfights, you can bring heal, teleport, and/or exhaust, but Tf pretty near covers the slows, stuns and mana regen, so I dont see the point in getting exhaust or Clarity
