200 AD and AP is not low, neither is att speed after stacking raqgeblade. Dude, have you EVER play any hybrid char? You act like you don't get the idea of hybrid at all.

Each Champion with Both AP moves and AD damage is made to be a hybrid (Jax, Fate), so simpy does Yi, in more offensive AD and Defensive AP. Yeah, Thank to this you hit 2.5 harder with Alpha Strike which is ridiculous on 4 targets and get an awesome heal, I'd simply consider getting Nashor a bit faster thanks to increased Mana Regen and getting Flat HP Quints as they are the best one's for everyone with some expections (Crit. Champions mostly). Anyway, I'll try it out tonight but it's the same as my TF playstyle, but it's just more selfish-melee-offensive way of playing.
+1, I think it may overextend Jungling Yi, but it's chances to beat AD Yi are lesser, though this build is cheaper on gold, which I personally value most.
