Most of the guide is fine, the only real thing I dislike is the Rod of Ages after t2 boots and gold/10, it doesn't fix Cho's one major weakness as a jungler (ganks being not that great). By the time you get your gold/10 and t2 boots, I'd estimate you to be level 9 or so at that time, which would -probably- be around 10 minutes into the game. By the time you do get the gold for Rod of Ages, it'd likely be around the 30 minute mark.

Since this build is prioritizing W>Q>E, why not use AP Quints instead of AS? Level 1 will be slightly slower, but level 2 will be quite a bit better since this is a burst-tank setup. Also.. those Armor Pen marks seem out of place, you don't invest heavily enough in physical damage to make it worthwhile, flat AD would work out a lot better in the early-game.

Just pointing things out, not saying it's a bad build, certainly better than a bunch I've read, but giving my own opinion of it right now.
