Your summoner's are scarrry. If you jump in, you have no escape (well... I guess the dash kiiinda counts, but still) ... I would definitely try ghost or flash or even cleanse. For masteries, you don't need 3 points in each of Good Hands and Expanded Mind . Neither give that much. There are probably better uses for those points. In runes, I doubt ap per level seals help you much at all. Also your quints are not all that good... I'd tryy... maybe mana per 5 seals and AP or HP quints, depending on what you need. Obviously, these are all just small tweaks, but I think they could improve the consistency and the ease of play with your Fizzzzz. But nice job so far! :]
