Fiora Guide
I run like a derp...but you fight like one
Hrmmm.... Well for a guide that you put together I'd say its a fair go... However I go for a more damage orientated Fiora, and I usually leave out Youmuu's Ghostblade in favor of Phantom Dancer, and because you have that added move speed it makes map maneuvering much easier. Also you don't need the Cleanse summoner spell, Exhaust or even Ignite would be better as it allows you to get kills early on and become fed. Anyway like I said, its a preference and I think she is played better that way. Good effort on your guide.
I have to disagree.
First off, this guide has 357 AD with 90 Armor Penetration. How can you get more AD oriented than that?
Secondly, you contradict you own statement. "I go for a more damage oriented Fiora." and in the same breath "I usually leave out the Youmuu's for a phantom dancer." News flash! Youmuu's has damage and PD does not!
Also, if you think that your 50 extra AD is out performing 50 Armor Pen for your ult...you are wrong.
Third, 50% of my kills in the lane are directly because of cleanse. Either I get someone on the ropes and they exhaust me and I cleanse it off and kill them or they CC/ignite me and I cleanse it and beat them to a pulp because they didn't get the free damage that they expected.
On top of that...not running cleanse in a team fight should mean that you never get to use your ult unless you lead in with it. Cleanse allows you to q in, parry an attack and beat someone to a pulp, then when they get you low you cleanse the cc/ignite/exhaust that they throw on you and you ult to victory. Without cleanse they toss exhaust on you and you just die or your ult deals no damage because you use it exhausted at 75% damage reduction.

My goal wasn't to make an all inclusive guide. I made a build that I feel is effective.
People should know how to build a champion in general. I.E. If their team has x, counter with y, kinds of stuff.
That's generic information. This is a specific build that I developed. I think that ghostblade rushing on Fiora will be as much a staple as rushing glacial shroud on nasus.
And that having cleanse on Fiora will be as popular on Fiora as having flash on Alistar.
This is just my take on this champion...go learn to play the game elsewhere.
