well the life steal is not for his ulti it is when its not on because his E tkes health for you with each attack and with high attack speed that could be a problem without life steal

Lifesteal is virtually pointless on AS/AD Sion's due to his built in Lifesteal component on his Ulti. And once it hits level 3 ( At level 16, of course leveling it at every given chance ) Lifesteal items all together are useless since it gives 100% Lifesteal.

Now this is assuming you head into every team fight with the Ulti activated, that of which has a incredibly long duration. ( Most Team Fights are over in 10-15 seconds ) With the Ulti's incredibly low CD as is, plus if you have golem, you should always have it ready.

As for pictures, follow this formula.

(icon=ITEM YOU WANT DISPLAYED size=16/32/64)

Replace the parenthesis with brackets.
Type in the item/rune/champ/summoner spell you want displayed, then for the size, choose 16/32/64 and then add the last bracket.
