this is a build which will do alot of dmg but yet give you lots of sustain agianst those really painful champs that hurt but i believe that you can win if you use this build just dont be too aggressive but just let them know whos boss

peel for your adc and take the dmg, i mean after all youll end up with either 55% or 47% lifesteal at the end, and with your w off (heal) you can get way more health and plus you have a second life so the enemy has to deal with your bs even more
