Impressions in Red
Impressions in Red by Jhin
In which Jhin expresses his inner turmoil through this crimson masterpiece. It begins with an nontraditional Canvas of Runes.
Primary Key Stone: Domination - Dark Harvest
Every artist understands the power of delaying pleasure; allowing it to build to that point of exquisite delight.
Tier One: Taste for Blood
Starved of time; we are present in the moment, thus allowing us to feast upon this work of passion and commitment.
Tier Two: Eyeball collection
As we survey the canvas as a whole, we can at last grasp the magnitude of the voice. We see its contrasts and its bold brisk command of the subject.
Tier Three: Ultimate Hunter
Every great story has earned the right to be punctuated accordingly. For it is the punctuation that carries the audience through the drama as the tale unfolds. Punctuation is Emotion, Emotion is Life, Punctuation is therefore the brush strokes of life.
Secondary Key Stone: Precision
Tier Two: Legend:Alacrity
In an expression of this magnitude, the capacity to construct ones own legacy can be realized. It is not for us mere mortals to observe but instead to be consumed by the creation.
Tier Three: Cut Down
Every great moment has a beginning, a middle and as here, an end.
The Build: Crimson among the Clover
Starting Items:
Doran's Blade, Health Potion and Stealth Ward
The Build
Immortal Shieldbow, Rapidfire Cannon, Ravenous Hydra, Bloodthirster, Runaan's Hurricane and Ionian Boots of Lucidity
Progression:
Rushing Shieldbow into Rapidfire is the obvious move. The combination of survivability from ISB plus the extra distance RFC provides only makes the burst of speed from Hail of Blades that much more effective as both an escape and an advance. Its not “big” power but it does keep you safe. Grab boots in here somewhere but remember that using more abilities drains the batteries. Stealing a blue buff at this point, after the boots, is a great idea and an artistic upgrade to the ward if appropriate
The interesting challenge to this build is Tiamat. Spending this particular 1200g has 2 immediate impacts. First, it dramatically increases Jhin's wave clear and assist opportunities. More-Money More Faster is power. The second, is the effect it has on the enemy players. An experienced Jhin Main will notice it immediately, that fourth shot is now seismic and that will force players to reconsider how they would engage normally. You do want to build it also means a delay into either ISB or RFC. Let the situation guide this decision. If team fighting comes early or if crowd clear is optimal then an early Tiamat may be wise.
Third item is finishing Ravenous Hydra. As before this will again bring a change in how the enemy engages Jhin, if they can. While a unit can only be effected by one occurrence of cleave, now everything cleaves, effectively a 40% increase in damage for all abilities and minion waves become mine fields. RH is also one of the biggest beatsticks in the game. You will follow this up with BT which makes this the point in the build where you will see your AD stats spike, This is also where alacrity, ultimate hunter and eyeball collection (if not already) should be hitting max numbers. The combination of those little power spikes and RH+BT is going to be felt. Lastly is Hurricane. Its unlikely you'll get to this point. 100% crit means everything dies and it dies right now and wave clear and camps are near instantaneous.
While there are build combinations that will get you more power or faster speed this applies all the damage to all the things all of the time. Id mention the flask but if you don't know which flask to take at this point you should probably go check out Hello Kitty Adventures.
Interesting side note. There's enough movement speed in this full build (if you get there) for Jhin to proc RFC on each of his autoattacks...assuming of course there's anyone alive or foolish/tanky enough to let him. I ran a speed test and had him a cruising top speed over 600.
