First things first, Deadliness 's crit chance has been patched into Ad per level.
I prefer the Berserker's greaves, but I'll go test out Ionian boots of lucidity more after this to see which is better.
Also it appears that your ezreal build might have been fragged.
Like Mastarwe said, I prefer Last whisper as it is cheaper, and it doesn't require the 3 hits to get it going. I have a lot of starting Armor Pen also, so It actually does help.
I'll go try out all of your suggestions in later games before i implement them into the guide.
Thanks to both of you guys for the input! :)
However, the bad news is all below (Sorry if its strict, just trying to make sure you know whats wrong):
Several things don't make sense to me. First off, you have a point in Lethality but none in Deadliness which is literally impossible. Deadliness must be 4/4 before you can get Lethality . Your other Masteries are messed up too, you have one point in both Good Hands and Swiftness . This is possible, but it makes no sense, you're gimping yourself just to get to Runic Affinity . Instead of grabbing Meditation , use Greater Seal of Scaling Mana Regeneration they give you about four MP5, which is fine for early game. Now instead of putting those two points in worthless spots, put them all into Swiftness . Your utility tree should look like this:
Mystic Shot cannot crit.
When hitting an enemy with Mystic Shot, all your abilities, including itself, will have their cooldown reduced.
Mystic Shot is your main ability, and it can't crit at all.
Berserker's Greaves are no where near as good as "ionian, with flat CDR glyphs, the boots and the blue buff, you have 40% (The maximum) CDR, and you know whats better than 4/9/11/80 second cooldowns at max level? 2.4/5.4/6.6/48 second cooldowns at max level, thats what. Also, keep in mind that every 2.4 seconds of action you are reducing your cooldowns by one second. In other words, its 4:1 vs 2.4:1 ratios, and if you choose not to get those boots, its like saying no to 90% (40% from your actual CDR, almost 50% for the 2.4:1 ratio) free CDR.
Youmuu's Ghostblade is a bad idea, its active doesn't even work for ranged atacks, ergot you only get 4 seconds or the active compared to the 12 full seconds. Not worth it at all. Black Cleaver Should be your go to item every game, it is ALWAYS better than Last Whisper unless there are over 2 people on the opposing team with over 120 Armor (Tanks, maybe junglers). Black Cleaver gives flat armor reduction instead of % penetration (Which is only better if they have over 120 armor). If you have Black Cleaver and desolation runes and the armor pen masteries, you will deal true damage to the average non armored enemy(Carries, maybe support) for almost the full game.
Phantom Dancer is NOT a useable item. It has crit that we can't use, attack speed we don't need, and movement speed we don't need. "extra crit, movement speed, and attack speed means more damage and more life steal." No, it means you wasted valuable stats, you're gaining less life steal because your CDR isnt high enough, and you move a little bit faster, which might I enlighten you, doesn't really help. Trinity force gives 12% MS, masteries give us 2%, the formula for ezreal then is 305 + 70(MS 2 boots) x (1.14) which is 427.5, but it hits a soft cap and is reduced to 425, which will be your MS. Now add in Phantom Dancer, 375 x 1.29 = 483.75. Soft cap lowers that to 465, so you gain 40 MS with Phantom Dancer 10 less than the Boots of speed.
God finally I'm done typing. Take a look at my guide if you need pointers, you can evewn PM me and I'll share the coding with you (Not so you can copy it, but so you can learn from it). I'm not going to down vote you because I feel as though you are a decent person and that you will probably, given you actually read this, clean up your mistakes in a few days.
My typing got sloppy near the end :/ not gonna fix it.

LW is usually better then BC because of the fact that BC needs 3 hits to reach it's max. As a carry you're also going for whatever you can hit safely, which in most cases are the tanky champions in the front. (and later on the others will get killed earlier). The guide seems to not realise how ArmPen works. Armor first get's reduced by flat armorpen, and only afterwards it'll take the %armpen into the calculation. So with a lot of armpen from runes the %armpen will be worth less. I'd instead go for AD runes, making your earlygame a lot better (15 AD is a lot).

Movementspeed certainly helps. Since a lot of tanky dps (those who will try to go for you) are going with a triforce themselves they'll be a tiny bit faster then you (when not using arcane shift). You'll have to outrun them in some way (and with gapclosers on everyone your shift won't help that much). You'll also AA while it's safe, making critt and attackspeed (even though you already get it from the passive) not fully wasted.
