First of all, thanks for this guide :)

Soraka is my main champion since I started this game (I'm new btw, started in January). I haven't played the game for 4-5 months and nowadays I'm playing almost everyday.

Here are my opinions about this guide:

Summoner spells: I've got the best results with Flash and Exhaust. Heal is not so good at all. You are already a mobile ambulance.

Runes: greater mark of hybrid penetration works best for Soraka. You will be able to poke hard with both Starcall and auto attacks. Armor seals are a must, of course. As for blues, I couldn't decide between Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction and Greater Glyph of Mana Regeneration (in need of suggestions) and finally the quints are AP.

Masteries: I couldn't decide (again) between 9/0/21 and 0/9/21. I feel that 0/9/21 is better though. (tested both masteries and finally decided that the latter is the better one, you won't be needing the cdr and ap)

Item Build: talisman of ascension, Warmog's Armor and Spirit Visage are core items now and should never be replaced. The others are situational. As for boots, I always build Ninja Tabi unless the other team has Annie or Zyra support.

Skill Sequence: R>W>Q>E. Period.

Lastly, I know that Riot hates Soraka and I fear they would nerf her again :(((
