dude, didn't you noticed that you are missing the runes? do you know that the runes are a big sustaine for veigar to maintain his early game and do some more damage to farm better and can stack Q and phenomeneevil passive??!.

You're completely right. At the time of writing I was far from level 30 and couldn't afford to buy runes. Currently, I don't play Veigar and even if, the new system that combines runes and materies is not that far away.
