I agree with everything except the choices of abilities, I use my own set.
The item build makes you ridiculous, though late game you WILL want to trade wriggles for Madreds Blood Razor, to dispatch every enemy that comes upon you.

E: Also, you can trade between Warmogs and Frozen mallet, depending on what you would prefer more, the slow or the extra health.
