Stealth
Stealth is the mechanic that renders a unit invisible for a determined period of time. Stealth is divided into three categories: Camouflage (or Strategic stealth), Invisibility (or Tactical stealth) and traps.
some abilities grant invisibility for a specified time
Void Assault
but some grant permanent invisibility Demon Shade
some are traps and has to be invisible Noxious Trap
some are wards and are invisible but grant vision Stealth Ward
invisible champions and traps can be found with True sight Thrill of the Hunt , Captive Audience
but some of them will not be seen completely (just a silhouette) Ambush
taunt will cancel invisibility
airborne will reveal Teemo
scryer plant will reveal invisible targets
tempest/cripple gives lee sin true sight so he can see invis targets
turrets can see invisible targets and attack them
invisibility increases your movement speed
Duskblade of Draktharr has a strong invisibility
some abilities can still be used on you even if you are invisible
Bountiful Harvest is one of those
Umbral Trespass , Thrill of the Hunt and Impale are other examples
some item uses will break stealth like Goredrinker
but some will not break it for example Prowler's Claw
some abilities can target you without revealing you

True sight
True sight is something that lets you see invisible targets
Items with true sight: Control Ward , Oracle Lens
plants and monsters: scryer's plant , scuttle crab
abilities: Tempest , Yordle Snap Trap
Fact: skillshots will still hit invisible enemies

Camouflage
Camouflage is a type of stealth.
it's better if we say it is the stealth
camouflage lasts very long and if a unit comes into 700 unit range of you then you are visible to their team
700 range is not that much
it's just 7 Teemos
unlike invisibility that lasts 4-5 seconds at last a camouflage can last forever like Demon Shade
some of them have a timer for example Thrill of the Hunt has a 20 second timer
Ambush has a 14 second time and it's really bigger than a Deceive
it's better if we say it is the stealth
