Cool build, and i belive it can work, but there are soo many mischiefs ....
First of All .... your explanation between Banshee and Randuin is wrong. U need Both of those items, reson is simple : Ireli is squishz without itmes and invicible with itmes, when u plazing against balanced team u just need Both, Armor + M. resist, jsut rarely im plaing against team heva AD or AP. Next one, Angel is good chosice but not so soon, its usalz builded for high damage output later on, bcs trinitz is usualz finished somewhere in MIddle game. Third , Sunfire Cape is good item, but still not so efficient for Irelia as Randuins Omen. 33 aoe damage is < than Randuins active ability, belive me. 4th - Infinity edge, ireliy is not an cirtical hero, he is profiting from her speed, movement and attack speed. So if u want make last item more DMG make Yomura Ghoost Blade. But belive me, u re not ever enough tanky, so rather Atma´s. Just yesteday played 3 games agains balanced teams, in preamde a i must say, i must had 200 + armor and M. resit with solid damage output, every game .....

Last thing , never , but never max BLADESURGE first, its worst thiíng u can do. Even maxing hiten is better ....

Summary : at last its cool build, but not efficient.
