Ok, as i know accualy Who the **** are you 2 guys i wanted to comment.
1st thing that came to my head... why boots so late? but from the begining.
Runes. OK
Masteries... WHY THE **** Rally??? This is a highly mobile champion, you will barely ever stay at rally position anyway. Also ppl will outrun you with ease if they see you "bootless". Yes yes i've read the "Note" section" still 1 good stun/slow will make your active useless and you VERY vurneable to counterstrike. She has absolutly no escape mechanism. Counting that a 1min cd active will give you the mobility you need is like waiting for death.
What do you mean by:
"And with the extra dmg from Rally, the passive life steal will be increased."
Out of Skills section where you explain hiten style.
There are other things that i consider "unsure" but i will shaddap here since i didnt test her out fully (fiew ranked games only).

Why is this getting minuses, too many people just go on this site for the ITEM builds, if they read the actual build they would know the play style of the champion and the Do's and Dont's, the mobafire community is going down in my opinion. + 1 Because i actually read the build and utilized it.

It's common when you try to give "contructive critisism", it's best do just edit in:
"sorry if I sound like an ***, this is only meant to be constructive critism"
in advance. When he said he tried to be polite, it's often just a none flaming policy.
As for Chaotic, at least you acknowledged it and you even answered instead of just flaming unlike 90% of the others. Believe me, in the end it's not really us who are being offensive.

But the start of your comment isnt the best way to make an impression... Work on your edicate and Ill work on being more open minded to you.

Unfortunatly i know that, just from the begining of this site when i accualy started commenting guides.
I know that Rally wont heal my team anymore. But Rally isnt for the heal... Rally, as I said, is a great summoner spell that when used right has great results for you and your team. They dont get the heal, but you do. And SV will increase that healing.
Ralle doesnt heal. Neither you or your team. Does not heal at all.
DEWO, Im all for feedback, cuz it makes me a better Theory-crafter, but as I told HEAT... Dont do it in condescending way. You are one of the greats here, and Id be mnore than happy to take your feedback, but you do it in such an arrogant, ******* way, that you come across as an arrogant, condescending, Moba Elitist.
