Irelia is a really creative champion because of the plenty of item possibilities. You noticed all, what is important, +1

Hmm, not bad. Although Chalice of harmony IMO isn't a great item, since as soon as I get a sheen, I stop laneing and start to gank. And basically, you will sell it for something else late game. Philo stone is cheaper and it gives Hp regen and GP5. I wouldn't max ES first, sure, at lvl 9 it gives nice damage and a 2 sec stun, but I think that unless you are building hybrid, Q and E are much more important.
