Hello readers, i have make this buil because it is the best.
With this buil I have done many pentakill and good score (all positive)

P.S. is my first guide...pity me

Pros:
Ealry Game survivability
Good mana/hp Regen
mid game hig damage and lifesteal
Can Tank
And Game can push tower

Cons
No damage in Early game
Need Farm minion with Q
slow in early

Well, for runes We have a wide choice.

1)Greater Mark Of Desolation (x9) - Greater Seal Of Resilience (x9) - Greater Glyph Of Shielding (x9) - Greater Quintessence Of Desolation (x3) (P.S. for me this is better)

2)Greater Mark Of Desolation (x9) - Greater Seal Of Evasion (x9) - Greater Glyph Of Alacrity (x9) - Greater Quintessence of Fortitude (x3)

3)Greater Mark Of Desolation (x9) - Greater Seal Of Vitality (x9) - Greater Glyph Of Shielding (x9) - Greater Quintessence Of Fortitude (x9)

Start with Doran Shield and try to stay in lane until six, after go buy botts movement 1, and go star buy Tinirty Force, after buy Mercury's Treads, vampiric scepter and wits and for lifestealing and go buy bloodthirster, guardian and warmog.

Ok, to sirvive u need max W but for first skill u take Q.
take 1 lvl of q and go max w after max W go with Q, after E and when u can R

In Fight first level six: go Q>>E>>AA (P.S. if you're sure to kill combo is W>>Q>>E>>AA)
after six is R>>W>>Q>>E>>AA

I think is better Exhaust and Flash or Ignite and flash. Other spells are useless
