B00ny, thank you for the comments and i saw your points and updated some portions to answer your concerns. First of, your first quote i put in there for the people who have no clue how to play Singed or what he does, this is a guide and it is not expected that all of the people using it know everything about Singed. Next, leveling fling is not less than 100, it goes up like this- 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300. 200 damage can easily be the difference between killing a squishier champion like vayne and having them demolish your team. As to you second point, im a bit confused as to what you mean by this, are you suggesting that ghost will make Singed slower and what do you mean by Summoners Wrath? For your third concern, Singed is already tanky enough from the masteries and runes for laning phase. Singed isnt a champion who was intended to be able to spam his abilities at the start and that is why the exuberant starting mana costs are put on fling and mega adhesive. The best part about Singed in laning phase is ganking and how well he can help his jungle with it. With the tier 2 boots he is able to quickly reach his enemy and fling them to your carries waiting arms and then kill him. Thank you for your comment

...well...NOT 100 dmg more or less....not worth it. would take adhesive before that you only need the throw not the damage

no summoners wrath...8% less movement with ghost...and a tank who souldn't die with good hands...dont think its worth it

and item build lv 2 shoes before catalyst... you yourself said a singed withou live is sensless...same goes for one without mana... i think you should overwork your guide once more

Best item build ive seen, the only thing i wish it had was details of the runes that are viable instead of the ones you have. Overall, awesome guide and fairly decent detail
