Mate, don't get mad at me - but do you understand that enemies will know whether you are close to them or not (or scouting) because of the stark's debuff aura even if you are invisible and they have no oracle or ward ? All aoe debuf items are bad choice for invisible characters :) Please consider this.

yeh its quite stupid i can tell ur very unexperienced with twitch cus so many mistakes let me help...
1. u give up 10% crit damage for tiny amount of useless CDR and spell pen??? mmm useless
2.u said his squishy so why not put the 9 points or atleast 6 into the armor/MR ??? thisll surely help twitch early on.
3. twitch is pretyy much squishiest ***er out!! having heal isnt going to do ****.. once som1s locked on you the only escape is flash ... flash is A MUST for twitch for so many things.
4.u go half AS/ARP for marks... jus max arp where u can its most important for twitch... followed by AS .
5,now malady ... so many people use this i use to when i started and was noob but its fkn ****... it gives you alot of AS yeh great.. but u dont get the time to sit and auto... people will jump on you first HENCE....... get some mean *** mother ***iing dps... from ur invis and ult u get 140% AS plenty... try maxing DPS so u pop SNP and time they get to u there dead or flash escape and kite...
6. also occulet its good for vsing noobs.. vsing decent people tis useless malady + occulet is bout = to almost IE the most important.. fix
build order should b..... infinity/blood/clever = mass dmg + bonuses..
Ok, you don't like my build. Fine. Not everyone has to like it, and it works fantastically. Malady gives the important lifesteal needed as twitch, plus a good attack speed even when not leaving stealth.
I like heal because I don't like the other spells, and with the increased lifesteal, heal is just a method to live a second longer to use spray and pray and heal with the lifesteal. If you don't like malady, then buy Starks. But that means an even higher total build cost.
i like it, but this build is unrealistic unless you are a pro twitch player. you are using all three BF sword items, which costs an absurd amound of gold. the odds of finishing this build are just about zero. i would also like to see a more in depth explanation. but other than that, nice job. +1
This wasn't intended to be a beginner twitch build. This is a pro twitch build, for the people that play twitch frequently and win. My friend who uses this build goes legendary ever 2/3 matches with this exact build (no joke), and it is meant for the cream of the crop.
