this is my first build bc im not confident in my others

I have been called pro with this character though im still a noob so dont b harsh and help with comments.

Magic pen is a must so the insight marks matter

magic regen is also needed bc you need to be able to keep casting even after missing a couple of times with howling gales

Im not sure whether these are the best ap runes but you need the ap bc a turent diving ww cant kill you fast enough if you hav a good shield

The wisdom runes can b substituted for some thing else i get it for the lolz and bc ill out lvl everyone

9/0/21 is my favorite bc i ply mostly ap champs though correct me if you think there is something better

i feel that all of them are needed at first but howling gale needs to b maxed first followed by the allternation of the other 2. I do this bc i ply a more offensive janna and i usually get at least 5 kills before team fights begin.

clarity is a must but if you feel ghost is better than teleport then by all means use it

i would actually like advice on this bc this is just wat i went with bc i had the mone to get rabadon and it kinda flowed though the game.

this was made to be more offensive early game.
i ply mid and sticking to the turrent is a good idea bc the other team will prolly hav a decent carry(ashe sucks)
I went 7/4/14 and three of the deaths were turrent dives that i almost survived and got a kill each time(Dmn u warwick)
seriously they were like woohoo everytime they killed me even if none of them survived
