ITEMS

Well to start off, sometimes if you are in more of a tank janna situation you might wanna go instead of rylais and zhonyas use two RoAs; If you are dire enough you might need to get rid of raba for a RoA as well. Why i picked items. Rylai's, great for janna's speed altering abilities, good hp bonus and a nice hefty ap. Randuins, synergizes extremely well with ulti, its almost a duplicate; also gives great hp bonus. Raba, AP. Nuff said. AA, great AP and mana. Zhonya's, See Rabadon's death cap.

ABILITY PRIO, MASTERIES, RUNES AND SUMMONER ABILITIES.

Abilities, the zephyr is great speed bonus, great snare, great nuke. Eye of the storm, by using this at rank 5 you are lending the equivalent of a BF sword to a team mate as well as a nice little shield. Monsoon, great 5 man push or a life saver. Howling Gale pops enemies for like half a sec, does maybe as much as zephyr's damage, and is a CHARGED skill shot.

Masteries Xp and gold are always a plus right? good mana regen in the tree also. Added some damage with the ap and crit chance ones.

Summoner Abilities Ghost, SUPAH SPEED!!!!!!!!!!! You prob will use ghost to get out or chase early game and same in late game, but i found i used ghost to travel a lot after zephyr r5 and boots. Clarity, great early game and not as great but still beneficial late game.

Runes Ap, Speed, HP, MP. What could go wrong?

LANING

Try to lane with a MELEE dps. Your shield will be most benefical to them out of entire team. At around level 11 try to get a 5 man mid push going. LANE IN LANE WITH GOLEM. TRY TO GET GOLEM WHENEVER POSSIBLE. Use nado to harass and use zephyr when chasing or nuking quickly. Use your shield on the squishies when running, the turrets when they are getting attacked, the tank when he is initiating, the melee dps when pushing. While laning use your Ulti to primarily push people into turrets or away from you and your team. When in team fights use your ulti to heal the team.
