Your runes are, let us say, interesting. Well first off CDR seals are flat out bad. All 9 of them don't even give you 5%. If you are going botlane you need some sort of defensive stat, whether it is some points in the defense masteries or whether it is in your runes, you need some form of HP/armor otherwise if you make one mistake or you walk too far up or take too much harass you will die in seconds.

Not really complete yet...and I don't think you should say that is a useless support ability, because it certainly isn't.
