I wanted to make a guide for me and what I thought is best for normal random games 15+.

So I did.

Standard Setup.
Boots or 2nd long sword situational.
Mercury Treads because tenacity is just awesome.
Phage/Frozen mallet for 2nd exhaust
Youma's for the c/d armor pen
Warmogs for the kills
Atma because everybody else does it
Infinity for the hurt

Skills are pretty standard.
That shield is useless at lvl 1. But is useful to "scare" non-Jarven players.
