Hi there this is Moo121 and im telling you about this DPS build
Just to let u know this is a mainly dps build because of the life steal you will have a bit of survivability. If you are low on hp after an attack, gank and such just go and auto attack minions your Wriggle's Lantern will life steal your way up to full.

Pros
~Very Solid Laning Champion
~Very Good as Harassing
~Can 1v1 most champions if played correctly
~Great at locking down people If used correctly
~AoE Slow
~Can get assists just from dropping Damacian Standard
~Can knock up up to people at a time.

Cons
~Will almost always be targeted first by the way he initiates fights.
~Can be a bit squishy because he is built dps in this build.
~Not much Survivability until 3 atleast
~If your final ability is not used in a proper way it could get you or your teammate killed in that situation (such as Tower attacks, Ganks, Etc...)

Its best you lane with a champion that can take more damage than u do because you will be doing all the damage (to try and help the tank go for Damacian Standard and Dragon Strike then immedietly use Golden Aegis when they are running away or when they are attacking you) or with a ranged champ such as Annie. Focus from the softies to the tanks that way you can get more kills and rip them apart :D.

Summoner Spells Summoner's Rift.
I would choose Flash and Ghost because mainly late game you will get ganked ALOT when you are the carry or Getting a lot of kills for your team. simply just flash away (or through walls) and if they r getting close use your Golden Aegis and then ghost.

Summoner Spells Twisted Tree line.
I would choose Exhaust and Ghost for this map because its not that big and its easy to trap someone for your team to gank. Always try to stick with your team mate during the bottom laning phase

Early game farming
For the early game i only use auto attack because this build doesn't provide much mana occasionally to get last hit (make sure its 2 or more minions) just drop Damacian Standard on them or use a dragon strike. Make sure u got a mana potion

Mid-Late game Farming
When your farming mid-late make sure u have some mana potions with you (this doesn't include ganks) just Damacian Standard the 3 Spell caster minions then Dragon strike to it. This may get you 3 last hits. then just auto attack the warrior minions then Repeat.

His Abilities

Martial Cadence: (Passive)Jarvan IV's first attack on his target deals 10% of the target's current health as bonus magic damage, caps at 400 damage. This effect cannot occur on the same target for 6 seconds.


Dragon Strike: Jarvan IV extends his lance through his opponent, dealing 70 / 120 / 170 / 220 / 270 (+1.10 per bonus attack damage) physical damage and lowering their armor by 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26% for 3 seconds. If its lance contacts his standard it will pull Jarvan IV to its location, knocking up all enemies in his path.


Golden Aegis: Jarvan IV forges a shield protecting him 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 (+20/25/30/35/40 per nearby enemy champion) damage for 5 seconds and applying a 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% slow to surrounding enemies upon activation. The shield adds more mitigation for every enemy champion nearby when activating.



Demacian Standard: (Passive): Grants Jarvan 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26% bonus attack speed and 10 / 14 / 18 / 22 / 26 armor.
(Active): Jarvan IV throws a Demacian flag to a nearby area, dealing 60 / 110 / 160 / 210 / 260 (+0.80 per ability power) magic damage to enemies in the area and granting his passive benefits to nearby allies and again to himself for 8 seconds.


Cataclysm: Jarvan IV heroically leaps to an enemy champion, dealing 200 / 350 / 500 (+1.50 per bonus attack damage) physical damage and creating a circle of impassable terrain around them for a 3.5 second duration. Jarvan IV can destroy the area by activating it again. Champions can still leave or enter the area by using teleport abilities.

Harassing Techniques Jarvan IV

First of all i gotta say that he is very good at last hitting minions fast attack and his passive that does bonus damage on the first hit he does I mean seriously what else could you ask for? Harassing Just use his 3 hit combo First Damacian Standard behind your Target then Dragon strike if they r in the range (DO NOT do it when they are out of it because you need to be very concerned with mana for Jarvan. Try not to waste mana) then if they are low life (like 1-300hp) then just use Golden Aegis and auto-attack away for a kill.

If you are having trouble with your lane enemies feel free to ask you team on top-mid-bot to switch with you because you got to try your best to be the carry of the team (if you win you might receive praise) i have gotten many end-game comments saying "Moo you are the best" "Moo wow didnt know Jarvan was that powerful" "Moo You are a ****ing beast"...Yea
