Jarvan is a pretty mana-hungry champ, and needs survivability as well - why no Banshee's Veil? MR is what you need against any good team, and I believe that BV is a great item to get on Jarvan. |

Um 40-50 games? I don't think he's been out that long. NICE GUIDE. The format is great, clear and informative and you used tooltips!
