Alright guys, here you go. The perfect build for Jarvan IV, the Exemplar of Demacia. I have been playing Jarvan since his release, and have over time modified the build that I originally had (only attack damage). In this build, I play to Jarvan's strengths, focusing early on attack speed and damage, while later in game providing a devastating amount of critical strike chance and bonus magic damage from both his passive (Martial Cadence) and Madred's Blood Razor.

So I know I jump around a bit in the display, so here is a quick tid-bit about the item build. Begin with an avarice blade: it provides a good amount of critical strike as well as its passive (increased gold generation) is very nice too. Then build a zeal (again crit chance, but alo movement speed). Get a pickaxe, then build your zeal into a Phantom dancer. Teh nbuild your pickaxe into Madred's and begin working on your second phantom dancer. After your second Phantom Dancer, buy a bilogewater cutlass, then work towards a Sunfire cape. Finally build your bilgewater cutlass into a Hextech gunblade. This is where your build in most games will end, however if time permits, save up to 2000 gold, then sell avarice blade and buy B.F. Sword and then build into Infinity Edge, providing massive damage output.
