Seems like a lot of armor pen. I think swapping out black cleaver or last whisper for a banshees veil might be beneficial. Also, you should delay taking golden aegis until everything else is maxed out because at level 7 a level 1 golden aegis isn't going to be very useful and phage gives you a slow.

Thanks for the tips man!

I can see your point with regrowth and the item selection somewhat now, i do enjoy how i pick items, but i could rearrange the order. I do rush for frozen mallet quickly though because i like to take advantage of the high health advantage as quickly as possible. But i suppose i should probably try to get Stark's before whisper.

Descriptions are good but the item makeup makes me flinch somewhat.

You don't take account of Jarvan's mana problems and instead rush phage which is not something you want to be rushing early game.

Instead I would suggest rushing Philosopher stone so he has increased mana and hp regen which is very big on Jarvan. While last hitting with a ls makes it easier I see it more as a crutch until you really understand how easily he can pressure and last hit with impunity.

Speaking of which, during laning phase Jarvan is easily a powerhouse in that department. If you grab a regrowth pendant to start instead you can easily outsustain the other laners top, mid or even bot if your opponents don't know any better. Hit them once for the passive and back off. Reapply passive in set intervals until they are at around 1/3-1/2 their hp (which should be about lvls 2-4 depending on well you do) After you should either pop whatever summoner spells you have to finish them off or at least force them to b. So I strongly disagree with your early statements on his difficulty early game seeing his burst potential is akin to that to Xin Zhao while still being able to buff/debuff yourself and them almost instantaneously with your q and e.

Again your items I feel your item selection is in disarray with you rushing Frozen Mallet and Last Whisper first. Seeing as those your skill set already does everything those two I would think you would rather build actual AD or AS during the start to make him burst and snowball the rest of the game.
