Hello all and thank you for choosing to view my very first guide to play Jarvan IV, He's only been out for a day so far and I gotta say by far he is a very fun, dynamic champion to play! Let's start shall we =D

Personally I like my melee dps champions to have ArP runes because lets face who doesn't love to just decimate squishy's cause you rip right through their armor ;)

As for seals go it's just another personal play style of mine, I like to have that slight chance to dodge because it's saved my *** many of times when i've gone in for kills on enemy melee champs.

I think having CDR on Jarvan is important because his spells have some lengthy CD's on them and Jarvan just isn't a total auto attack champion.

The masteries are pretty self explanatory to be honest, this guide revolves around Jarvan being a heavy hitter with some slight defensive capabilites.

As for items go you really need to get sword of the occult and your boots ASAP because jarvan excels at harrasing and most of the time decimating enemies so the stacks rank up fast and the extra AD boost from the stacks help out while building Randuins Oath and etc.

I personally use exhaust and flash, but it's really up to your play style.

Well that pretty much sums up my guide so far, I will try my best to update and keep this guide fresh and change things out and get better at providing more detail to this.
