Ability Order
Martial Cadence (PASSIVE)

Jarvan the all mighty
when you spawn i recommend getting the boots of speed first then 2 hp pots and 1 mana pot
on your first back if you have the money i usually do you get the boots of swiftness and heart of gold
the 2nd time u shud be able to pick up the Randuin's Omen and a Vampiric scepter
3rd time around get the Bilgewater cutless and the hextech revolver
now you should make your hextech gunblade and get a phage
next get your frozen mallet and now just start working to the phantom dancer and your done the
build
now you should pick out the runes you want but i would recommend using the 3 i placed their
