This is my usual tank build with Jarvan and i'm very difficult to finish off. I use Ignite and Fortify as Summoner Spells. Items Also vary with the other teams comp I.E. thornmail instead of Trinity Force if they have a lot of AD. Although the last 3 items aren't necessarily in order that part is all up to you. Most of the time I do VERY well tho depending on team mate. ALSO if your tanking as jarvan make SURE to pop up certain champions during their ults, for example Katarina, Nunu, Galio, Lux are just a short few; You gotta be quick.

It is very important to knock up the right opponent champions at the right time because it can interrupt their abilites and with some being as OP as they are *cough* katarina *cough* stopping them can be a battle turner. Also be careful with your ult, if you see your teammate running with them following close behind don't get your teammate stuck in with you and kill them just so you can get the killing blow. Don't forget about your shield's aoe slow effect either! Use it so they can't run from you or chase your teammates, with the items i posted you have a good amount of hps so you can turn around and shield to slow followed by Flagging and Lancing away from the Enemy.
