I just wanted to get the build out there after trying it enough times to get it perfected, I've tried tanking builds for Jarvan, and I've tried every other type of build that you can think of with this unique champion and i think that hes going to be nerfed next patch because if you get the chance to play him you can see you good he is and has a lot of potential.

Ghost is amazing for anyone, and exhaust can help you solo someone and escape and chase. If you don't like my choice, go for either teleport, cleanse, flash, ignite. Nothing else is decent, heal if you don't feel safe. You will have enough mana from your manamune to lane for long periods of time

Its really quite simple

eqwr smack smack dead. get close with eq. and then w to defend/tank/slow for a bit, and if they run r. ranged teammates can help you while they are stuck. Feel free to deactivate to run if you need to as well. aso eq is great for escaping.

At level 4 with dragon strike you can kill the back layer of minions with your E,Q combo. At level 5 with a few manamune stacks, you can completely destroy the whole wave. try and use the aoe of your e to use your dragon strike on to knock up minions and just % dmg them to death.

Your passive does 10% of current health on your basic attacks every few seconds, try and hit tanks once and then kill the squishy, also use your dragon strike to reduce the armor of your opponents and just smack them to death... it works great!
