Jarvan is a really strong tanky champion.He can DO and TAKE a lot of damage.His skills work really well together and he is really fun to play.I have tried many different builds and i find this the best one.With this build im usually the tank and i still have lot of kills because the damage is really good.

I guess many people would say that this build gives you no good damage.But theyare wrong.Dragon strike is a really strong skill so even without items you will do lot of damage early game.Later when you have Warmog and Atma this will give you a lot of durability and a good amount of damage.

I like to start with a Regrowth Pendant and a Health Pot.Then when i get about 900 gold i recall and buy boots and upgrade the Pendant to a Philospiher's.This will give you really good staying power in lane.I buy HoG BEFORE i upgrade my boots into Mercs because of the gold.Then its time to buy Warmog and Atma.Really good combo - lots of dmg lots of HP.After that is the FoN.The movement spead from FoN is actually really good.You can catch your oponents even easyer with it.Then i buy Trinity force.You probably wont have enough gold to buy the complete item but start with Sheen.At the end you must upgrade your HoG into Randiun's Omen.But first you should check the enemy team.If they have a lot of Magic Damage you should sell the HoG and buy Banshee's Veil.

Usually Jarvan is not the best early game killer.Wether you kill a lot or not depends on the player.Farming is something really important so you can do this during the early game.And besides you have your Philosopher's stone and your HoG and Greed from the utility tree so you will get a good amount of gold.You can always harass your enemys using your combo and be sure to HIT after the combo to aply your passive.Continuesly harrasing your opponents will get them pretty low so you might dive for a kill.( i dont mean turret dive :D)

Here you should start ganking your enemys.Jarvan is a pretty good ganker using his combo and ult.So you should'nt have any problems ganking.Be sure not to fail your ult and be sure your opponent wont see you coming.If he runs to his turret and you catch him in turret range your gank will fail.Also try not to trap your ally inside your ult if his hp is too low because you know .. sh*t happens.

This is where you shine.If you did your early and mid game good you should be super strong late game.Your damage will be big and you will be pretty hard to kill.Most champions will not be happy to 1v1 you.Late game is the time for teamfights where you must be verry careful.I will describe this in the section bellow.

In teamfights you should try to use your combo to get in the fight knocking up as most enemys as you can.Then if your ult is ready feel free to use it.Your goal is to trap their team or their carry.If you trap the whole team you might want to flash out but not always.If you trap the carry just kill him it wont be hard :D.NOTE:Try not traping your ally because somethimes that might kill him.Jarvan's ultimate is something that MUST be used properly.Knowing how to do that separates the good Jarvan from the bad one.
