Im going to assume that you've play Jarvan before and know the basics of how he is played skill wise. So here i will just explain why I choose what I did in this build.
Summoner spells I Use
on almost all my builds on any Champ. For the soul reason of how versatile it is. It can be used Defensively or Offensively. Defense, it reduces the Damage on the target its applied on's damage dealt. Offense, it slows the enemy down and with it Spec-ed in Masteries it lowers the targets armor and magic resit.
For its pretty simple reason, I usually run but the factor of Jarvans Ult makes me run . Its a quick escape/Juke tool but is also very useful for his Ult. I know you might be saying "Why waste a Summoner spell when you can just use the --> Combo to get our of his Ult?" Well because if your chasing a target thats low and you need to close the gap. You can Combo that Then Ult and get the kill, or if need then your can use to get out.
Runes should be self explanatory i got Greater Mark of Desolation & Greater Quintessence of Desolation for the strait up in damage, My Seals and Glyphs Are to add some Survivablity to this build and make Jarvan a little less squishy.
For my skill sequence I focus on the passive attk speed of to max out first for two reasons. It takes of the meaning to buy attk speed items. Also its amazing tower pushing ability. Not only does it Double your attack speed but it boost your teammates attack speed to help dominate the tower. Reason I get maxed out second is because it helps with the occasional tower dive and down right survivability, considering how heavy damage items i get early then more survivability at the end its worth getting the maxed second. The other skills would talk for themselves at this point, dont look at as a mush as a damage dealing skill as much as a Combo with to get a jump or a escape. And of course whenever you can get the Ult leveled up.
Im not going to talk through what to get but why since I have the list right above this on what to get. Reason going for the
really quick is for easy money. Jarvan's Passive is amazing for last hitting minions but with this items not only does it give him a nice balance of stats it add the ability to one shot minions early game and also the ability to solo dragon really early on. I solo dragon once i start on the
The are for pure preference. As of most boot choices. I do have a reason for them, since my Runes are dodge it just adds the extra layer of dodge to the equation.
Philosopher's Stone Is for help on mana regen and it pays for its self in around 10 mins.
I believe the rest of the item build should speak for its self just more damage items and some survivability items meshed in there.
