Introduction

Okay here's one of about a million Jarvan IV builds. it's what I've been using as of late and I'm going to be modifying this as I go along. As it stands right now I am currently 16-0-17 and 10-9-19 (We had to deal with a feeder on our team and a adventitious rat on their team). That being said. I am not going into Items or why I selected what I did as of just yet. All I can say about this build is:

It requires a TEAM. you will do horrible on your own.
