bringing you a build of Jarvan.
first of you wanna start is with a ruby crystal that is worth 475.
if you having no problem with solo laning then get ready to herras.
if you having trouble stay in the background at your turret and mostly use your flag for extra defense and towerhugging this may seem verry noobish but if you play your cards right you can easily solo lane.
i fyou feel good about all this in your lane go buy an eranduims omen and if you have something left buy boots or an sight wand.
