Hey! This is my first build!
I tried this out the other day and it wrecks. Hope you enjoy it!
Here are some tips to slaying everything in your sight.
1) Be patient, and wait in the bushes. If you see someone willingly walk by your bush, leap.
Start of with jumping on them, then if you dodge use Counter Strike, Then Empower. You will chunk their health, believe me.
2) Don't be afraid to dive the tower IF you know you will kill them. Don't do it all the time.
3) Get blue buff and or red if you can quickly. This will aid in your slaughter.
4) If you don't do so well in the beginning, switch the rageblade and the sword of the occult. This would be a wise decision.
5) And sorry if the runes aren't straightforward, I don't use runes ^^

Now, this build is not really off tank, but it can be. Just switch a few items of your choosing and it will be off-tank!

Take Flash and Ignite if possible,
or Ghost and Exaust.

Ghost and exaust are really good if you are chasing down an enemy, so you wont have to stop your onslaught.

Flash and Ignite is the way to go, because if you are turret diving often and their health is down really low, use ignite to light them and flash out of there.
