I've never been a fan of stacking items like that but its hard to argue with those stats

I'll give it a shot sometime and see if I like it more than a more spread out build

I hope you realize that cleanse does not remove the dmg reduc from exhaust, meaning if you do less dmg per hit you heal alot less. Also that ignite will also dramatically reduce your healing. By the way, you shouldn't be saying exhaust and cleanse are the best summoner spells. Superlatives are real annoying.
