You may start out as doing little damage but being able to poke really well and jumping to team-mates to run away but as time progresses and as you get 3-4 items you begin to do substantial damage along with your attack speed and ad/ap. By the end, every time you jump and hit you will do tons of damage along with your life steal which will help you in any situation you might be in other than a 1v5.
