start DORANS BLADE. rush a tear. start q or start e when playing against a gap closer. get small golem so you can get level two on first minion camp. pick e on level eleven. rush BF SWORD for extra damge. dont want to rush VAMPIRIC SCEPTOR cause there is better stuff than that. after bf get muramana. spam spells to stack muramana when not auto attacking. 15 minutes in you should have muramana dorans blade and a bf. final build is manamune, frozen mallet, infinity edge, MECUREY TREADS or NINJA TABI, LAST WHISPER, and BLOOD THIRSTER.
i would build MURANAMA, BLOOD THIRSTER, BOOTS, FROZEN MALLET, LAST WHISPERER, and INFINITY EDGE. if you have the money sell boots and buy PAHANTOM DANCER.
