Hey Im the guy from reddit who cant even clear his jungle efficiently lol, so dont feel like I'm attacking you here but straight off the jump Im having a couple serious disputes with the build.

First of all going Aftershock and Conditioning then proceeding to build absolutely no armor and MR for 2 items plus finished boots and possibly finished Mejai thats total wasted value. You would need to finish what like 8,700 gold worth of items before even starting on resistances I mean most games are going to have been long since decided before getting there. It feels awkward to go Grasp as jungler but if you are doing the Heartsteel thing anyway then you might as well go Grasp looking at grasp as a buff to heartsteel you since theyre doing the exact same thing. And again if youre stacking your HP with a Heartsteel first item it only makes sense to take Demolish since turret gold is so so important for both you and your team.

(Recognizing you take jungle clear seriously and I respect that but make sure you keep in mind its something like maximum 2500 gold possible for first turret + 5 plate where killing red, blue, gromp, krugs, raptors, wolves, and 2 scuttles is like 750. And theyre just gonna keep respawning back and doing nothing, forever.)

Unfortunately you have likely become accustom to the Unflinching tenacity and by all means probably do squeeze great value out, but again it just doesnt make sense to have shields and heals all over you build without taking Revitalize. That thing is just gonna keep racking up value all game without you doing a damn thing. So if youre committed to Heartsteel 1st item more power to you but I would recommend going Grasp, Demolish, Boneplate, and Revitalize. At the absolute least try swapping Unflinching for Revitalize and after your next win check your post game stats for how much value you got, its gonna make you never pick Unflinching again.

So straight away those are my 1st impressions changing up those runes is something that I think is just objectively more valuable without adjusting anything else about your build or playstyle.

Personally I would trade Liandry for Riftmaker. Albeit Liandry burn damage is great Riftmaker suits your playstyle better giving +10% bonus damage vs 6% and the most important part +10% Omnivamp which will greatly improve your durability and open up much bigger windows to take extended 1v1 trades. Worth mentioning but Riftmaker even scales (slightly) with your HP by giving AP = 2% max HP which is nice.

And you know while Im just throwing things at you here we are both guilty of this which I find very funny everybody else is complaining about how strong the Support items are right now and we are desperately trying to find any way to NOT buy them when in reality we arent even competing with other jungle camps we are competing with how much ****ing stronger Nautilus would be doing the exact same **** if we just went bot and stacked Atlas.

Aftershock has resistances and a damage part. Both scale with HP.
So it's exactly the point of the build to not buy resistance because I get most of them from runes at least for early/mid games when you don't need to be that tanky.
The rune is good for the flat resistances AND the damage that scale .. with HP !
And it's really a good chunck of damage.
Once the core based on HP and damage is done, you actually complete with resistance when Teamfights start to have a lot of damage. You have resistances from runes (35 flat aftershock, ~7 shieldbash, 8+ conditioning, 6/8 shards this patch + boots) and your tankyness skyrocket because you also have a lot of HP.
And it's not like you don't have base stats, I theorycrafted it against a sunfire abyssal Jaksho build and it's actually almost identical in term of EHP. Your assumptions based on perception are unfounded.
I never update mejai, the point is just to have dark seal + eyeball collection maxed if possible for some early game damage the time to build Heartsteel while treasure hunter allow you to rush it faster.
Grasp is awful tbh, it's just vastly inferior on everything for jungle.
Demolish is good but shieldbash has just too much synergy with this build and Nautilus and green pet. I don't think it would change anything, I've already played with it it's just a tradeoff between personal stats or some pushing power. Your comparison between demolish potential and a full clear doesn't make any sense since there is not the same amonth of risk involved for both scenario.

The fact that clear speed is the base of the jungle doesn't come from me. Any challenger player will tell you that each of these seconds are the most important things because you need to be present at the good moments. 10 second late can change the face of the game because you couldn't make a gank or wasn't close enough to countergank etc.

Revitalize is a trap because if you look at the tooltip you will see big numbers but it's actually 90% from the heal of the fountain. It's really not a great rune unless you have 2 supports in your team. It's the worse of the 3 runes in that line. You can situationally pick one of the 2 others.

Riftmaker is a good option but I prefer Liandries because it's just way more damage due to the burn passive. The 4% difference on the other passive doesn't make for it, like at all.
Since I buy 3k gold for a damage item, I take the one with most damage.
Also I'm too tanky and I deal too little damage for the omnivamp to be worth it I think.
The bonus AP from %hp seems like a good idea too but again it's just not enough to make up for the burn from Liandries. A simple test in practice tool help to realize that.

Thank you for your feedback, I already already asked myself all these questions so that's why I can answer that directly.

I appreciate your detailed response. I havent even had a chance to read your initial post yet so forgive my "snappy" response here but let me just say...

...Aint no way you value +8% bonus HP 350 aoe per 20 seconds so highly, youre just getting so much damage from that naked Aftershock you wouldnt consider switching and you dont care about +80% armor +80% magic resist, yawn you'll get them 3rd maybe 5th item after the game has been over for 15 minutes.

Im actually getting a lot of enjoyment out of this conversation because (I SWEAR I CAN SEE WHERE YOURE COMING FROM), but our entire like 'league of legends philosophy' are on complete opposite sides of the spectrum. I dont know about you, but Im like reminding myself not to get angry when I mention you know like 2500 gold on tower and lane pressure denying CS and exp from your opponent opening up mid lane and everything is important then you hit me back with "well any challenger player will agree clear speed is the cornerstone of jungle" feel me bro? Godspeed my friend Ill give you a more respectable breakdown maybe tomorrow **** maybe we can play together I bet we would both actually learn a lot just because of our different thought process. Cheers.

Edit: Because I have always been of the mind that when your strategy is reliant on things coming together like 3rd, 4th, 5th item then you've already lost. Like you win and lose games BEFORE your first item often enough that you gotta consider THAT kind of outcome Im like 90% concerned about how things go when everybody hits 1 item power spike and how my 2nd item might could maybe checkmate them I mean when youre talking about yeah I'll pick up resistances 5th Item its mind****ing me. But at the same time what Im saying I ****ing respect that, because YOU are in control YOU have the plan and you are willing to ****ing skate by with ******** for 30 ******** minutes because you got the ****ing master plan thats awesome.
