i'm far from pro, but i can't imagine a jungle build without wriggler's lantern, otherwise this isn't a horrible build, but i need certain things to be Yi.

MR blues make you sturdier going into a gank or even an invade. Yi's cooldowns are so long that it's not like CDR blues will enable you to get a second Alpha Strike off during a gank. And then as you said, after six, Highlander is his main reset tool.

@Laggermeister I agree MR runes would be nice in lane, but in the jungle they are not useful. Your role is not a tank, and you won't be stacking any magic resist items to help scale with those MR runes. If you get caught by something like chances are you'll die anyways even with MR runes.

Your primary tool for survival is zhonya's and meditate. Plus the extra second or two off Alpha Strike and Meditate helps a lot since this build doesn't build any CDR items. At higher levels the difference between 1 or 2 seconds means winning or losing the fight.

@Pølsemanden Thanks, the reason I don't take E at level 2 is
a.) I start with 2 potions + ward, if I take E I will be too low to gank at level 3 or 4, I can also heal in between camps or heal while tanking for example the red buff to wait for alpha strike to come off CD.
b.) In case of enemy jungler invades, if I take E I will die, if I take W it will atleast insure my survival, or possibly turn the fight around and pick up a kill (I have a few videos of this which I will post soon).

Also, why not Q-E-Q-W wouldn't that speed up your jungle time significantly? Or maybe even Q-E-Q-E-Q-R-Q-W like you would on AD-yi(E-Q-E-Q-E-R-E-W)
