I have used this build many times to own and destroy my brony pals on the battlefield if you follow my tips its literally impossible to lose.

Masteries

I have high defense masterie's so i can own hard i save some mastery points unspent so i can customize before the game starts when you see the enemy its very helpful and lets me own my enemies

start with 3 health pots so you can get the items you need when you get back namely: WILL OF THE ANCIENTS

soul shroud: the reason for this is so i can spam overdirve and own my enemyes xDDDD

tiamat: with this i get insane CS and creep farm and my opponents gotta watch themeselves cuz they never kno when i stryke

will of the ancients mega sustain

Cons:
not much easily counterjungled
gets destroyed by eve
damage falls off lategame
