This is Vayne Brawler jg. It is really fun, but requires basic kiting skills. The point of this is to be a sort of diversion, while still dealing damage. Can work for top, just swap the jg item with a Wit's End for damage, or sunfire for tank, and grab Bork first item.

This is what to expect from this build at level 18 (at full Rageblade stacks)(without runes or masteries)(I understand that that makes for boring stats)(sorry).
Health: 1909 (base) + 1150 (items) = 3059 (Pretty good)
Health Regen: 14.8/ 5 (base) + 2.96/ 5 (items) = 17.76 (Eh, you got lifesteal)
Mana: 827 (none from items)
Mana Regen: 13.8/ 5 (none from items)
Range: 550 (base)
Attack Damage: 84 (base) + 78 (items) = 162 (Decent)
Attack Speed: A lot, like 2.0+
Armor: 77 (base, rounded) + 30 (items) = 107 (It's Also decent)
Magic Resist: 30 (base) + 55 (items) = 88 (Bad)
Move Speed: 330 (base) + 45 (items) = 375 (Will increase with Bork active)
Conclusion:
Not bad, not great, but you can kite like a mofo, so it's pretty good. Does need items though.

Honestly, because you can. This is a fun build, so try it in ranked. If it doesn't work, it means you are bad. Sorry, I don't make the rules.

But legit tho, it's like a less easily burstable anti-tank Vayne. It isn't too 1v1 focused, but can still pull through late if you get a stun. The point of it is to be a cockier Vayne who doesn't worry about getting one shot.

I don't play Vayne too often, but used to, and used to do this build sometimes. I use it in ranked a bit, but carrying with it requires skill.
