Would go for a madreds razor early for faster clears so you can start clearing opposing teams jungle. You do not have to get Wriggles, you can get bloodrazor which would bee a speed boost and better late game item.

Put that Summoners Wrath point in the wrecking ball mastery that gives you 10 dmg per tower hit.

I like the itemization, but the Summoner's Wrath is worthless with a smite and flash build, which is necessary for jungle builds. I changed mine by taking that out, putting only a point in butcher and filling out deadliness and lethality. My reasoning is that two phantom dancers and an infinity blade would result in lighting quick attacks and lots of crits, so why not boost the damage by 10 percent?
