Start with 3 healt + 1 mana potion, because bulwark gives enough sustain, but you will be mana hungry after the blue buff expires.
Arcane Blade instead Dangerous Game, and Fury instead Sorcery increases your horrible cleartime in early.
If your cleartime is still slow, use some AS marks.
(I give +1 point to bulwark at 5/7/8. This isn't so necessary but helps to survive, especially when i must duel. Galio is weak in duels imo :S )
Pick him as jungler only if your mid dont needs blue (Zed, Yasuo, Kata...).
