LANE: Pretty Straight forward you want to get All Critical DAMAGE not Chance. Don't make that mistake. These runes will help you a lot late game and early game. They give you a heck alot more Crit Damage then normal so you can easily kill almost any champion in the game.
JUNGLE: Now this is ALOT different than the laning runes. Firstly, you need AS to be able to get your Fury to full more often in the jungle. The Seals and Glyphs are for your late game Damage and could help you a little in jungle. The Quints are so you have more chance to crit in the jungle and can help ALOT during your first run.

Simple just get the ones that make sense for a DPS Champion and absolutely NO mana realted Masteries should be included. Make sure you read the Masteries closely because some have mana included in it. I know you may say you know them all, but just read it over once just to make sure.
The Jungle Masteries are similar to the laning one, but I guess most DPS champs have similar masteries. In the Jungle one you get maybe one or two points in different sections, like for example, the LS.
JUST follow the masteries i have up there and you should be ok.

Berserker's Greaves Simple enough for movement and Attack Speed. Altough if you think the enemy have a lot of disable you can go for Mercury's Treads. But otherwise go with Berserker's Greaves.
Next, obviously, we get Phantom Dancer for movement speed and attackspeed, but most importantly it gives you lots of Crit Chance too.
After that we get Infinity Edge this item was MADE for Tryndamere it gives us LOADS of damage and Crit Chance. Plus its Passive give Tryndamere 250% crit damage instead of 200% added with our runes that A LOT of damage added up with one hit.
Our Core Build: Berserker's Greaves, Phantom Dancer, and Infinity Edge.
Next we have our Support Build that adds on to our Core Build.
Bloodthirster For Damage and Life Steal. With 40 Stacks it gives us EXTRA 40 damage and 10% Life Steal so that's 100 Damage and 25% Life Steal in ONE item. This gives Tryndamere a higher survivability with the Life steal.
Phantom Dancer Well another one for more Attack Speed and Crit plus movement speed. By now you should be running like the wind!
Black Cleaver This gives our Tryndamere more Attack Speed and Damage. Its Passive also make the enemy lose armor so we can deal even MORE damage.
JUNGLE:
The Reason I am telling you to get Quicksilver Sash is because it helps ALOT when you are cc'ed. This happens all the time with trynd. Also Mercury's Treads will help when you cannot use you Quicksilver Sash it can shorten then length of the cc and may save your life.
IMPORTANT!
You can also get
Warmog's Armor
This help a LOAD. When you find youself being melted really fast this can help you survive longer.
Atma's Impaler Get this with any HP item that gives ALOT not just 300. When I say ALOT I mean ALOT!
Thornmail This gives you 100 Armor which I think is the most in game from ONE item. The Passive it has can give you a serious edge against other DPS' you face.

Tryndamere has a basic Skill Sequence not too hard just remember that always try to have Full Fury Bar at all times but don't and get yourself hit or endangered just to save some Fury. Remember to spin to get some minions or dodge some Skillshots and that you can spin through walls in SOME locations. Also don't use your ultimate too early or too late make sure if you are cc'ed just use your R because everyone will pile on you.
Try to last hit the minions in your lane and get some Fury it will keep you alive and give you extra damage. Use your spin to kill of some minions and damage them enough for you to one hit them. Trynd is really easy to farm and if you dont have 200+ minions kills by the end of the game, you fail. Just remember to always be hitting something.
Well this is all I have for you in the Tryndamere build i will add more into it as I learn more about Tryndamere Please Vote and Comment.
