Runes etc

my runes and masteries are not really common for a jungler, but you need the ad (runes) and the bonus dmg instead of buff duration (masteries) for doing enough dmg in early game, because a strong eve in early game pushes up your team very hard.
the items are all items for hybrid functions...durability and dmg. espacionally after getting wisdoms end youll have a great dmg output in addition to your as buf (e skill). in lategame skip from wriggles to hextech gunblade for the active slow, the additional healing and the better dmg stats. rylais is important to have an aoe slow on multiple targets so youre independent from the red buff and can slow down a whole team with your ulti and your q skill, and all that everytime youre in a fight.

Jungle Start

Start with wolves and blue (let team help you a little to have more hp after blue)
then instantly gank the two solo lanes (always mid first because mid is squishy and the more advantage you bring you carry the better he can assist ganking the 2 other lanes)
after that continue depending on how much hp you have: often you have got enough to kill wraiths or sth like that
if you did well you can take madreds or even wriggles at first time you go back. think that you take at least madreds before boots of mobility to get some easy farm because due to the many ganks you do it will be important to get some fast exp at the beginning as long as you cant gank

Ganking Time

Gank as much as you can on every lane. when you completed your wriggles maybe plant a ward on enemies buffs to steal them or catch the enemy jungler. try to reach your oponents from behind. noone really buys 2 vision wards at the same time to get full safety of ganks from you. if your team knows there is a pink ward on one way, take the other way to gank. but gank permanently!
babysitting is teamwork! if the first attack didnt work to get a kill, take a 2nd or even a 3rd try to get a kill!

mid and lategame

with the as buff from your e skill youll be able to easily kill dragon as long you have wriggles and wisdoms end. plant wards in enemy jungler to kill someone before a teamfight is able to happen. eve has gib weaknesses in long teamfights. try to pick out a carry and take him down quickly before hiding for a short time waiting to get back into the fight when the attention is away from you.
in lategame its important to keep in range to your team while farming the rest of your equipment. you have to keep your mobility to quickly engage fights.
